Coaching is a process where a coach and client work on identifying areas the client wants to improve,grow and flourish. If a client is “stuck”, or dealing with negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt, or guilt, coaching can remove the habits of limiting beliefs and negative emotions, and help create a life of fulfillment and growth. Coaching is a “do with” process, where success depends on how actively the client is willing to participate, as well as how much the client wants to change.
