The Full Story
As a coach and trainer, I help people make the changes they want in their lives and to realize what has been keeping them from being the person they want to be, as well what has been keeping them from doing what they want to do. Most often, the things that hold people back are long standing limiting beliefs about themselves, as well as negative emotions that drain energy and preoccupy their thoughts and impact their behavior. When these obstacles are removed, it’s both exciting and fun to watch and listen when my clients say how they are finally achieving what they want. This is why I do what I do.
It’s so gratifying for me to see these changes because, in my own life journey, I spent quite a number of years being stuck and searching for a solution. How it used to be involved a lot of “what is this all about”? in my professional career, with lots of underlying frustration. I clearly remember wondering repeatedly whether or not things could ever get better.
Along this journey I read many self help books and attended quite a number of “self improvement” trainings; none of which brought any kind of positive changes that lasted. What finally brought about an amazing, positive transformation in my life was this: learning how to understand our own thinking process, and how to get the results we want. Doing this can create an authentic, empowering and fulfilling life. I have also learned that a step by step process of bringing about a series of seemingly small changes can add up to be a huge, impactful transformation in our life.
